THE CONTROVERSIAL independent MLA from Kunda and POTA accused, Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya will be re-inducted into Mulayam Singh Yadav Cabinet tomorrow. Governor TV Rajeswar will administer oath of office and secrecy to Raja Bhaiyya on Saturday morning.

Following reopening of POTA case pending against him by the Supreme Court, Raja Bhaiyya had resigned from the Cabinet on November 10. He was food and civil supplies minister and after his resignation the chief minister had retained the portfolio with himself.

The apex court, while striking down the State government order withdrawing POTA against him, had transferred the case to special POTA court in Jabalpur.

After quitting from the ministry, Raja Bhaiyya had surrendered before POTA court in Kanpur and from there he was shifted to Jabalpur. Later, the Jabalpur High Court had granted him bail with the condition that he should report to Civil Lines Police Station at Jabalpur on last Sunday of every month. Next date for hearing in POTA court is next month. Immediately after his release from MP jail, the well-entrenched Thakur lobby had started mounting pressure on the chief minister for his rehabilitation.
