The accentis pronounced and you ask about her origins. "I was born and brought up in Mumbai and am of a mixed lineage - British Indian." Having modelled for BPL, Elle fashion spreads and Krsna Mehta, it was through a friend that Lisa Bocarrogot her first break.

Her role she inJaane Bhi do Yaaron she says, "is a very glamorous Charlies' Angel's, Bond kind of character."

A clothes and fashion freak, Lisa, loves to tog up. "Clothes are my passion," she says. She likes the whole glamour factor that is associated with showbiz. But at the end of the day, Lisa has also imbibed values that do not allow her to cross certain lines.

Acting means: Portraying different characters and getting under the skin of the character.
Brand person: I do not look for a brand. I like British clothing like River Island and Selfridges.
In the mirror: I see myself having a long way to go. Basically, I am a creative person.
Modelling vis-à-vis acting: I prefer acting. It seems a lot more worthwhile when you see yourself on screen.
Dance moves: I have a flare for dancing. As a kid I was trained in jazz dancing and ballet. I also love Spanish and Arabic dancing.
