And if he/she happens to be devoid of flesh and blood - well, you cannot have everything, reports M Rajendran.

At last a lover whose fidelity you never need worry about. A lover who never loses his/her temper, a lover without mood swings, forever ready to do exactly what you want him/her to, forever caring, willing and passionate.

And if he/she happens to be devoid of flesh and blood - well, you cannot have everything.

The perfect - albeit virtual - lover will soon be available to all - on the mobile phone. She can be a beautiful woman, Mobi Lover, or a handsome man, Mobi LoverMan - whichever you want. The concept has been pioneered by Kitmaker, a Spain based mobile content provider, and was a hit at the 3GSM Congress which concluded in Barcelona on Thursday. Once you have downloaded him/her, she is yours for life.

Joaquin Edo, CEO of Kitmaker said, "Mobi-Lover and Mobi LoverMan are 100 per cent virtual games played in real time."

The player can take his/her lover out dancing or shopping; they can have a coffee together, watch a romantic movie, or share a bath... all without getting up from his/her chair. There are a dozen different activities the player and the lover can engage in together. In the game, the player is made to also work hard, and therby money which enables him/her to buy all the things the virtual lover desires, there are even moves prescribed for getting to know the lover better.

"It is like having a lover in one's pocket. We will offer it to anyone in the world, in India or elsewhere. Love is not Spanish alone "said Edo.

Kitmaker also has a Mobile English Trainer (which teaches English on the mobile) and Mobile Brain Trainer (to improve memory and mental agility). It will launch the Mobile Body Trainer (a personal trainer inside the mobile giving instructions), in March.

Other Kitmaker games on the mobile include Party&Co, Brain Trainer, Sudoku and Bupuppies.
