Married woman gang-raped in moving car in Ghaziabad

A 25-year-old married woman from Delhi was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car by four men, including two sons of her landlord, in Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad, late on Friday night.

A 25-year-old married woman from Delhi was allegedly gang-raped in a moving car by four men, including two sons of her landlord, in Sahibabad area of Ghaziabad, late on Friday night.

The woman, a resident of Nand Nagri area in Delhi, said in her complaint that she had come alone to offer prayers at a dargah in Artala area on Friday. She alleged that her landlord's sons Hemant and Lala, along with two other men, were following her.

While she was returning, the accused dragged her into their car and raped her. They then left here near Hindon river, police said.

She was also threatened not to reveal the matter to anyone.

A case has been registered and police are searching for the accused. Police said the victim's medical examination had been conducted and they were waiting for the report.
