A year ago, Neeraj Gupta introduced Mumbai to the concept of travelling in style. For a city synonymous with choc-a-block train compartments and traffic snarls, Meru cabs promised all the trappings of a comfortable ride - well-groomed drivers, air-conditioned interiors and a reliable electronic metre system.
