Pakistan cannot give India a Most Favoured Nation (MFN) status until there is progress on the Kashmir issue, Minister for Commerce Humayun Akhtar Khan has said.

However, the South Asia Free Trade Agreement (SAFTA) would be fully implemented in the region and relations with India would not affect the treaty, Online news agency quoted Khan as saying.

The minister said discussions on giving India the MFN status would be discussed between the two countries in the ministerial dialogues February 26 in Kathmandu.
