Major winners from three continents will do battle for the Singapore Open next month after organisers announced Phil Mickelson will join Ireland’s Padraig Harrington and South Africa’s Ernie Els in the field.

Major winners from three continents will do battle for the Singapore Open next month after organisers announced Phil Mickelson will join Ireland’s Padraig Harrington and South Africa’s Ernie Els in the field.

The American will be making his third appearance at Sentosa Golf Club. Last year he finished ninth behind Jeev Milkha Singh.

Co-sanctioned for the first time by the Asian and European Tours, the tournament will be played on the Sentosa Golf Club’s Serapong Course from October 29 to November 1.
