Party Principal Secretary and Chairman of the state KVI Board K Vanlalauva will be inducted and is likely to be sworn-in next week, sources said.
A former underground leader, Vanlalauva was a minister of state during the first term of the Zoramthanga government, but was axed after the downsizing of the ministry in accordance with a constitutional amendment.
One post of minister lies vacant after the recent death of Urban Development minister Aichhinga.
