Yet another incident of an MNC executive held hostage for five hours and taken to Mewat has come to the fore. Five victims have also reported their cases to the police.
Rahul Singh (name changed), working with an MNC in Gurgaon, had taken a lift from the gang members at Iffco Chowk on September 17. He was then headed for Saket.
Singh told the police that he was brutally thrashed and held hostage from 9pm till 1am. He remained unconscious for half an hour. When he woke up, he found his clothes missing. He begged the accused to free him, but they demanded the PIN numbers of both his ATM cards. The accused withdrew money at 11 pm on September 17, and again after midnight.
He was later thrown near Sohna. The accused took his laptop, watch, two mobile phones and withdrew Rs 30,000 from the ATM.
