Neighbour rapes 20-year-old in Bilaspur, case filed
A 20-year-old woman was allegedly raped by her neighbour at Uthau village in Bilaspur, the police said on Tuesday. The incident took place on Sunday night when the woman was alone at home.

According to the police, the victim's husband is a truck driver and most of the time he remains away from home. The accused, Shahid, took advantage of the situation and raped her on Sunday night.
The accused entered her house at around 1 am. He covered her mouth and threatened to kill her if she raised her voice. Babu Lal, SHO, Bilaspur, said, "We have got the medical examination done of the victim and are conducting raids to arrest the accused. A case has been registered in this regard.”
Teenager abducted
A case of kidnapping was registered at Khedki Daula police station on Monday against a resident of Norangpur village.
A 40-year-old man who hails from Madhepura in Bihar lodged a complaint that his neighbour Roshan fled away with his 14-year-old daughter on Sunday from the village. A police officer said that a manhunt has been launched and police are conducting raids at various places to arrest the accused.
