Nitish Katara murder: Court notice to DP Yadav

A Delhi court on Tuesday issued notice to DP Yadav, former Uttar Pradesh MP and father of Bharti Yadav, a key witness in the Nitish Katara murder case, to assist the prosecution in locating her daughter.
Bharti has not appeared before the court for recording of her statement despite several summons issued against her.
Additional Sessions Judge Ravinder Kaur has sought Yadav's reply by May 22.
