NLFT militants arrested from Mizoram border
Five hardcore insurgents of outlawed National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) have been apprehended by Assam Rifles from a tribal hamlet in north Tripura district, the police said on Wednesday.

Five hardcore insurgents of outlawed National Liberation Front of Tripura (NLFT) have been apprehended by Assam Rifles from a tribal hamlet in north Tripura district, the police said on Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, Assam Rifles personnel raided Khedacherra, bordering West Mizoram on Tuesday and aprehended the militants.
Three pistols, two rifles, ammunition and Rs 17,000 in cash were seized.
