THE GENERAL Insurance Investigators Association will not do any investigating work for National Insurance Company any further in view of the delay in making payments. Association president Narendra Arya said in a statement here that the company had not paid investigation bills to many investigators.

Also the company has not raised the investigation fee for a long time. Due to these problems, the association will not work for National Insurance Company till their demands are met with a permanent solution to the issues.

Narendra Arya informed that the investigators find it difficult to meet the petrol and other expenses with the current fee structure and irregularities in payment of fee by National Insurance Company.

The Association members approached the Insurance Company regional manager R K Goyal at the regional office at Apollo Tower Indore but he refused to meet the investigators. Goyal did not even accept any memorandum from the association.
