"There is no threat to the Jharkhand government. BJP will win all the 14 seats in the state," Marandi told reporters in Patna.
Marandi also ruled out any differences in the NDA in Jharkhand despite the fact that some JD-U leaders were also contesting the elections from some constituencies against BJP candidates in the state.
Stating that he had been forced to step down as Chief Minister of Jharkhand due to malicious campaign by some ministers supporting the BJP government, he said, "I am now giving full-time to strengthen the party organisation and the government in Jharkhand."
Marandi, who addressed a series of election meetings under Purnea and Bhagalpur divisions of Bihar on Tuesday, said a strong Atal wave was blowing in favour of NDA which would help BJP win more seats this time than the 1999 elections.
He said the support-base of the RJD-Congress combine had gradually shrunk in Bihar and the combine would face a complete rout.
