While Prakash has been nominated from Hisar Lok Sabha seat, Jindal, a new entrant in the party fold, would be contesting from Kurukshetra, AICC General Secretary Oscar Fernandes said.
Prakash' candidature from Hisar has led to IYC chief Randeep Surajewala writing a letter to Party Chief Sonia Gandhi offering his resignation from the post saying he was earlier promised this seat.
Of the 10 Lok Sabha seat in the state, Congress has already announced six earlier and with the nomination of two candidates on Friday, the party has so far cleared eight seats.
The remaining two seats are likely to be announced shortly, Fernandes said.
