One arrested for west Delhi bank robbery

Sandeeep Bhatnagar was arrested for allegedly looting the UTI Bank in Vikaspuri earlier this month claiming to be a human bomb.

With the arrest of one person, police on Sunday claimed to have solved the sensational case of a bank robbery where a person made way with Rs 40 lakh from a West Delhi bank claiming to be a human bomb.

Sandeeep Bhatnagar was arrested for allegedly looting the UTI Bank's West Delhi branch earlier this month claiming to be a human bomb, police said.

The car used for the heist and Rs 10 lakh of the loot money was also recovered from him, they added.
