Mohammed Naveed, a resident of Mumbai, was picked up from an apartment in Neredmet neighbourhood by a special team of Mumbai police.

According to police sources, Naveed, who was involved in the blast at Khar railway station, had shifted to Hyderabad along with his mother to evade the Mumbai police. He was reportedly working in a call centre.

Seven bombs ripped through suburban trains in Mumbai July 11, killing nearly 200 people and injuring more than 700.

Naved was arrested on a day when Mumbai police claimed to have cracked the blasts case. Police have blamed Pakistan's Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) for the horrific blasts.
