When the train arrived at the railway station from Delhi at around 11 AM, the passengers from some of its coaches got down and lodged a complaint with railway authorities alleging that they were not provided the morning snacks by the staff.

They also claimed that many compartments were not maintained properly.

A few commuters also accused the on-board staff of being impolite and indifferent to their pleas.

On their part, the station authorities assured the aggrieved passengers of immediate redressal of their grievances.
