"It is unfortunate that assembly session is going on without opposition parties. It clearly reflected the real intention of the ruling party whih has no faith in and respect for democracy," BJP state president and former Union minister Jual Oram said.

Opposition Congress and BJP have been boycotting the assembly proceedings since July 17 demanding removal of two ministers from the cabinet for their alleged involvement in the linkage coal scam.

"We will continue our agitation till the demand is fulfilled," the BJP leader said.

He said the party would stage a dharna at the Raj Bahban to demand dismissal of Urban and Housing Minister, Badri Naryan Patra and School and Mass Education Minister, Pratap Jena.

Patra and Jena during their stint in Orissa Small Industries Corporation (OSIC) as its chairman allegedly facilitated diversion of subsidized coal to fake entities.
