Pawan Jain?s anthology to be released today

GOVERNOR DR BALRAM Jakhar would release Pawan Jain?s poetry collection `Main Samay Hoon? in a function at Ravindra Bhavan at 5.30 pm on January 15. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan would preside over the function.

GOVERNOR DR BALRAM Jakhar would release Pawan Jain’s poetry collection `Main Samay Hoon’ in a function at Ravindra Bhavan at 5.30 pm on January 15. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan would preside over the function. Dr Prabhakar Kshotriya would be the main speaker on the occasion while poet Ashok Chakradhar would conduct the proceedings.

Noted lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar has written the preface to the collection. He has mentioned that the poet has tried to present his poems as a weapon to fight against exploitation prevalent in the society. Akhtar has added that the poems are creations of an awakened poet.

Jain, an IPS officer of IG rank, is currently posted as Commissioner, Culture and Secretary of Bharat Bhavan trust.
