Perfect 'Way of Life'

Dear Veenaji, I always make time to go through your articles everyday, and am very impressed by how you have incorporated every subject into them as a tool for spiritual learning and growth. For example, I, being a science student, had always thought that the physical and the metaphysical were two entirely different streams of thought, but you have conjoined the two very beautifully, so that they are now part of a synergistic whole, as perfect as God!
My question is very simple, can you, in one short sweet paragraph tell me a Way of Life, which will not be contradictory to any religious or scientific philosophy, which I can follow easily? Thank you, please keep up the good work! So many humans are benefiting by your writings!

Veena Minocha answers: Dear Nilima, thank you for telling me about your thoughts, I am happy that somewhere, sometime, someone has gained something from my work.
The Way of Life, as you put it so succinctly can actually be expressed as a paragraph. But human beings, being what they are, are really not happy to hear it. They would rather have a very complicated philosophy to follow, which appears difficult and painstaking, because that has been the way of spiritual growth in the past few centuries.
The Instant Way in the New Age is to forget all religious dogma that makes humans fight against all other humans, and step lightly on to the Path of Love. Man, and woman, both have grown into a way of life that has its starting point in mental activity, in intellectualising, in conceptualising everything into parts of a whole, forgetting, that life is not meant to be lived from the mind or the intellect.
The starting point of any action, and the reason why that action must take place, is through the loving heart. We have all heard the cliché that God is Love. Now is the time to Live it, and live it fully. That is all, so simple isn't it? Does it matter if you do not go to a temple and scrape your head a few times, and make offerings and oblations, if your heart is not filled with compassion for your fellow humans? Does it matter that you organize yagnas and prayer meetings, when in the next hour you have got back to your old habits of selfish thinking and negative words and deeds? Do you think God needs all these offerings? If he is Plu-Perfect, he does not require anything from you.
So what can we do to please Him, and be closer to Him? The only action that we can do is to emulate Him! Become the Love of God, become the compassion of God, become the all-knowing mind of God, see His essence shining back at you from every sentient Being on this Earth, see His face glowing everywhere, especially in the mirror, where you see your own face!
Let every thought, word, and every action be measured as if God is doing it, ask Him to take charge of your Life every moment!
