Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday expressed anguish and grief over the train tragedy in Deewana near Panipat and said the culprits will be caught.

"The prime minister expressed anguish and grief at the loss of lives. The culprits will be caught," a PMO spokesman said.

In a suspected terror attack, 63 people, including some Pakistani nationals, were killed in explosions believed to have been set off by IEDs in two coaches of the Delhi-Attari special train for Lahore in Deewana, about 100 kms from New Delhi.
