The deceased, Tek Chand Sharma, 38, was found dead in the jacuzzi of Atrium hotel’s health club in Surajkund.

After a complaint by the brother of the deceased, police registered a case of death due to negligence against the hotel management.

“We have received the post-mortem report of the deceased,” Ajeet Singh, SHO, Surajkund said.

Police do not rule out the possibility of the victim having suffered a heart attack. “We are investigating all angles,” a police official said.
