Agitating students of VSS Medical College at Burla protested the OBC quota proposal by pulling rickshaws.

Over 100 students pulled rickshaws in the town even as the stir entered the third day. The students had earlier swept the streets with brooms as part of their protest.

"If talent is not given weightage, we will have to do the work of sweepers and rickshawpullers", one of the agitating students said.

The students of the MKCG medical college at Berhampur had taken out a candle light procession on Monday night to "educate the people about our agitation".

The students wore white cloaks and carried stethoscopes with them.
