Rahul would address election meetings in Maharajganj, Kushinagar and Chandauli, which go to polls in the first phase on April 16, Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee spokesman, Ram Kumar Bhargava said.

The young leader will address election meetings in favour of Harsh Vardhan Singh (Maharajganj), R P N Singh (Kushinagar) and Shailendra Singh (Chandauli).
