Sameer Nagare filed a plea in this regard in the court on Thursday stating that since Raj has been released on bail only on Wednesday, he will not be able to appear before it.

Vikhroli Magistrate Sunil Gaidhani had asked Raj to appear before it on Thursday. The court had also issued a notice to the leader asking why his bail should not be cancelled as he had flouted the bail conditions.

The MNS chief was given bail by this court in February this year in a case pertaining to making derogatory statements against north Indians.

Nagare said they would file a reply to the notice on November 7.
