Speaking at a function organised to rename a lift canal after late Panna Lal Barupal just 85 km from Bikaner, On Monday, he said.

The canal would make available water to over 43 lakh people in eight towns and 776 villages of Nagaur district and 3.5 lakh people of 119 villages of Bikaner district.
