Reliance Energy Ventures lists at Rs 45.70 on BSE

REVL is the second of the four newly carved out companies from Mukesh Ambani's RIL and transferred to Anil, to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

About 122.31 crore shares have been listed at BSE.

The Reliance-ADAG would now list the shares of two other entities -- Reliance Natural Resources Ltd and Reliance Communication Ventures.

Anil Ambani had taken over as Chairman of the four companies in the first meeting of the respective boards of new entities on February 8.

REVL would later be merged with Reliance Energy Ltd. The Board of Directors of the two companies have already approved the merger.
