Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) Saif Ahmed fixed May 5 as the next date of hearing in the case.

Salem and two others are accused in a fake passport case registered in 1993 and recording of evidence of this case is on.

Salem is presently lodged in Arthur road jail, Mumbai.
