Santosh Sivan's moves to adventure

Santosh Sivan is planning an adventure flick with Shah Rukh Khan or John Abraham, reports Hiren Kotwani.

Touchwood. If all goes well, cinematographer-director Santosh Sivan could well team up with Shah Rukh Khan again— seven years after Asoka.

This new project is a light-hearted, romantic adventure which takes off with the lead characters setting off on a journey.

Santosh’s first choice is SRK but the superstar’s dates are tight, what with three project this year — the Priyadarshan-directed Biloo Barber, Aditya Chopra’s RabNeBanaDiJodi and Karan Johar’s Khan, besides the TV show Kya Aap Panchvi Pass Se Tez Hain? and the IPL season.

Ready replacement?
John Abraham is believed to be Sivan’s next choice.

“He doesn’t want to wait too long to start the film which will be shot across the country. He’d like to go on the floors by the year end,” a source states.

Sivan, who is currently busy with the post-production of his Rahul Bose-Anupam Kher movie Tahaan, was unavailable for comment.
