A bench of Justices B N Agrawal and G S Singhvi also refused to pass any direction on the High Court's verdict stripping them of their senior advocate status.

The apex court posted for hearing on Monday the appeal of the two lawyers against the High Court judgement.

The High Court had given its verdict after taking on May 31 last year suo motu cognisance of the NDTV sting operation showing Anand, in collusion with Khan, allegedly offering money to witness Sunil Kulkarni to depose in favour of the defence in the BMW case.
