Scindia, Soz to visit Shivpuri today

MEMBER OF Parliament Jyotiraditya Scindia will be visiting Shivpuri on May 4 with Union Water Resources Minister Saifuddin Soz.

Scindia’s representative Virendra Raghuvanshi in a press statement gave this information. He said during this programme the Union Minister and Scindia would participate in the bhoomi pujan for the tanks sanctioned by the Union Government under the pilot project.

Soz and Scindia will leave from Gwalior at 10 am on May 4 and reach Imalia at 11.15 am for the bhoomi pujan for renovation work of Imalia tank.

From Imalia he will reach Shivpuri where he will inaugurate Raghuvanshi enterprises and address a press conference. From Shivpuri both leaders will reach Bhagora where they will participate in bhoomi pujan for the renovation of Bhagora tank. From Bhagora they will reach Akajihri via Kolaras for the bhoomi pujan for the renovation of Akajhiri tank.

From Akajiri they will go to Dhapora via Pichore for the bhoomi pujan of the Dinara tank. From Dinara they will leave for Jhansi.

Following Scindia’s initiative Centre has sanctioned the renovation of 65 tanks of public importance at the cost of Rs 41.28 crores in Shivpuri under the pilot project.
