Nepal's government and communist rebels have begun second round of peace talks in the Nepalese capital on Thursday, officials said.

Government ministers and Maoist rebel negotiators were to discuss forming an interim government and interim Constitution during the talks, said Tourism Minister Pradeep Gyawali, who is also a member of the government peace talks team.
