Security for political leaders to be beefed up in Orissa

"Certain steps are being taken in that regard. When political leaders require security, they ask for it. That has been done in the past. We will certainly look into the security of the political leaders who are under Moists' threat," Pattnaik told reporters.
He also said the attack on former MP Sudam Marandi would be probed.
"The culprits of the dastardly attack will receive stringent action once caught. Police are already on the job. The matter is being probed thoroughly," he added.
