“…after touring this campus and admiring these beautiful facilities, this building, the environment and the trees and flowers, I honestly want to say I wish I could bunk a few days here with you all," she added.
Karnataka Chief Minister B.S. Yeddyurappa, Infosys mentor N.R. Narayana Murthy, his wife Sudha and the company’s top brass were present at the event.
Praising Gandhi, Murthy said, she (Gandhi) is an international politician “who is loved as much by the rural masses of India as the elite.”
“There are very few people in the country — for that matter anywhere in the world — who have transcended continents, cultures and languages and felt completely at home in each of them like Sonia has”, he said.
