Venturing on my own,
On my expedition to destinations unknown;
Missing the loving caress of my family,
Only to realize they've flown away like bees.
Heading on away from home,
My mind full of memories alone;
Oh the dear wind that blows by,

Tell them what my heart wishes to cry-
Hearing your laughter in the rustling of these leaves,
Seeing your face in the flowers blossoming to breathe;
Whenever I seem to be losing my track,

It's your voice that inspires me to come back.
So though away from home I may be,
Your presence I can nostalgically feel;
Your charming face smiling back at me,
That radiant smile which is so dear to me…
