Addressing a poll meeting at Govindnagar here, she said the Congress chief had "no links with the indian soil and she was not even aware of the age-old traditions, culture and religions of the country."

"In her declaration at the time of filing of nominations, Sonia has admitted that she owns a house in Italy," swaraj said.

Despite being the leader of opposition, the Congress President had not asked a question or interfered during the proceedings in the Lok Sabha, she alleged. "She had been reading written statements in the house for which her party leaders had been taking special permission from the speaker."
