Tatas acquire 30% stake in US Co

Tatas are jointly purchasing the stake owned by TSG consumer partners, under an agreement with Glaceau.

Tata Group on Wednesday, announced acquisition of 30 per cent stake in US-based vitamin water maker Glaceau for USD 677 million.

Tata Group companies Tata Sons and Tata Tea, under an agreement with the US firm, will jointly purchase the 30 per cent stake owned by TSG consumer partners, the company said in Mumbai.
