Teenaged girl raped in Bhiwani
A girl of the Banjara community was allegedly raped at Ninan village, 7km from Bhiwani city, on Thursday. The suspect later dumped the victim, 6, near a roadside eating joint and was bleeding profusely.

A girl of the Banjara community was allegedly raped at Ninan village, 7km from Bhiwani city, on Thursday.
The suspect later dumped the victim, 6, near a roadside eating joint and was bleeding profusely. The victim's parents told the police that their daughter was playing near her house when the suspect, who was on a bicycle, allegedly picked her up and then raped her.
The police have said that the girl's medical examination has proved that she was raped. "The victim is undergoing treatment. She is not in a condition to give statement," Bhiwani superintendent of police (SP) Simardeep Singh said: The police were on the job to arrest the suspect, the SP said.
