Teji Bachchan shifted to ICU

Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan's mother Teji Bachchan has been shifted to the ICU as her condition became serious.

Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan's mother Teji Bachchan, admitted to the Lilavati hospital in Mumbai from sometime, was on Wednesday shifted to the Intensive Care Unit after her condition became serious.

"Teji Bachchan has been kept by the family at the hospital for almost a year now to ensure good nursing. She became serious on Wednesday morning and has been kept under observation in the ICU," hospital sources told PTI.

Family members visited Teji, 93, in the hospital, the sources added.
