The mishap took place at around 1100 hours, when a car of High Court Justice J R Vohra and his three family members collided with a jeep coming from opposite direction near the town, police said.
Three persons traveling in the jeep were killed on the spot, they said.
Justice Vohra who was injured in the accident and his family members were rushed to Wockhardt hospital in Rajkot, police said.
A complaint has been registered and further investigation is on, they added.
