TN CM calls all-party meet on tsunami relief

Jayalalithaa said she wanted to hear views of all the political parties on a long-term rehabilitation programme for the tsunami-hit.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa has convened an all-party meeting in Chennai on January 7 to discuss relief and rehabilitation of tsunami victims.

In a statement in Chennai, Jayalalithaa said that she wanted to hear the views of all political parties on a long-term rehabilitation programme for the victims.
