Nasa hit them and snatched the assailants’ imported gun, though he got injured when a shot hit his leg. The incident happened on Sunday night at a parking when he was going home after closing his shop at Vyapar Kendra, Palam Vihar.

“Around 8:45 pm, a man approached me and asked about Palam Vihar. I told him that he was standing in Palam Vihar itself. He suddenly pulled a gun and took me at gun point. Then the robber called his friend. The other man caught hold of my neck from behind, but I punched him and kicked the first man,” Nasa told HT on Tuesday.

“Both the assailants lost control and fell down. Then I tried to snatch the gun from the first man who opened fire and a bullet hit my leg. But I managed to snatch the gun. However, the second man took away a bag and mobile phone from my car. I have given the gun to police, he said.

Such incidents are happening everyday in the city. But police are not able to crack a single case, added Nasa.
