Travel agent found murdered in Delhi park

A 33-year-old Mumbai-based travel agent was found murdered in a park in south Delhi on Sunday, police said.

Mohammed Ashraf had come to Delhi to visit the Hazrat Nizamuddin shrine and was staying in a hotel in Nizamuddin area.

Ashraf who had stepped out for a morning walk on Saturday did not return to the hotel. His body, with his neck slit, was found in a park on Sunday.

"We have informed the family members and are questioning the hotel staff for clues," a senior police official said.
