A two-year-old boy was kidnapped and murdered from Kagdapith area of the city, police said on Monday.

A two-year-old boy was kidnapped and murdered from Kagdapith area of the city, police said on Monday.

Atit Shah was kidnapped from his grandfather's shop from the Ghantakarna Mahavir Market in Kagdapith area, on Sunday when his grandfather had gone to his godown, police said.

Atit's body was found in a room near a water tank in the same market on Monday morning, police said adding, investigations were on into the case.
