The government will not allow Uttar Pradesh to ply its 20 bus services from Monday as there was no agreement to this effect between the two states, a senior Delhi government official said.
The official claimed that Uttar Pradesh government had unilaterally decided to operate the services to the capital.
Delhi and UP are at loggerheads on the issue of operating bus services into each others' territories.
