Bank officials have taken up the matter, sending relevant requests to bank headquarters to issue proper orders to branches to issue fee challans.
Students have been facing problems in submitting exam forms, as they were not being able to procure fee challans from some of the SBI branches that are authorised to collect fees on behalf of the university.
Since some of the bank branches had not received instructions in this matter, this problem was arising. Frustrated students approached the university authorities, following which the registrar took up the matter with bank authorities on Monday.
