Veteran State Congress leader and the first Deputy Mayor of Kochi Corporation, Dr OK Madhavi Amma passed away in Kochi on Friday morning.
She was 90 and a spinster, family sources said.
Dr Madhavi had also served as the president of the Kerala Pradesh Mahila Congress and was an active member of the Party Social Welfare Committee at the state and national level.
She had also participated in the Palayam satyagraha.
