Never go to bed with your makeup or your perfume on. They clog the pores and do not allow the skin to breathe and rejuvenate.
Use oil based cleanser to clean the face with or in a bowl take some raw milk and apply on your face using a cotton squab. Massage using the tip of your fingers and clean off with the help of a wet cotton squab.
Apply a face wash to remove all remnants of the cleanser oil.
Tone the skin using an appropriate toner according to your skin type. Oily skin types should opt for a strong cleaner, while those with normal to dry skin can use cucumber and rose water.
If you experience dryness in the morning, then moisturise your skin better at night as hydration is important to avoid the occurrence of early wrinkles.
Almond oil, peach oil and apricot oil are light facial oils that can be used by people with normal to dry skin.
Those who experience a burning sensation in their skin can apply aloe vera as it is a skin cooler. However, watch out for adulterated products. It is best to have an aloe vera plant and take fresh gel from it every day.
Use a hand and foot cream religiously to moisture them after cleaning them thoroughly with water and soap.
