Center of Media Studies, an independent Delhi-based, pan-India, multidisciplinary organisation has come up with a competetive film festival- The CMS vatavaran.

Filmmakers from India and abroad can send their films to this acclaimed film festival and participate in the mega-competitive event, which seeks to green hearts and minds to achieve its goal of a cooler and greener earth.

The festival will be held from October 27-31, 2009 in New Delhi and the winners will be awarded at a glittering ceremony on October 30, for their efforts towards promoting a more sustainable lifestyle.
